In the first quarter of 2024, the wellness app category on iOS has seen varying trends across the top applications in Europe. The following insights from Sensor Tower showcase how these apps are faring in terms of downloads, revenue, and weekly active users.

Headspace: Sleep & Meditation experienced a steady revenue stream, with its highest at nearly $290K in the third week of January and a decrease towards the end of the quarter, rounding to about $202K. Downloads began at 15K in the first week of January and saw a slight decline to 12K by the end of March. Weekly active users started at 253K and dipped to 199K during the same period.

Calm showed a peak in revenue in the second week of January at nearly $287K, with a gradual decrease to $178K by the last week of March. Downloads saw a notable decline from 22K to 9K. Active users started at 288K and showed a downward trend, ending at 244K.

ShutEye®: Sleep Tracker, Sound brought in revenue starting at $117K and reaching a high of $160K in the third week of February, closing the quarter at $100K. Downloads were highest at the start of January with 202K, but decreased significantly to 52K by the end of March.
